Andrea will travel to your home for this 2 hour in-person session to meet you and your dog and get to work on the concerns listed on the New Client Info Sheet and goals discussed during the phone consultation. Following this session a summary, training plan and relevant resources are sent.

This 90 minute in-person follow up session is scheduled for 2-4 weeks after our first Meet & Greet session. During this session we will discuss progress, challenges, and make any necessary adjustments to the training plan.

During the course of the New Client Program you’ll have direct and private access to Andrea, Lead City Sniffers Trainer, via text or email to ask questions, receive support and share updates!
The New Client Program

This 90 minute virtual consultation will teach you how to puppy proof your home, provide ideal training schedules based on puppy’s developmental milestones, and what (often surprising) behaviors to expect. You’ll also receive the Puppy Prep Shopping List, an extensive list of tried and true training tools, toys, life saving first aid products to have on hand, and more.

This 2 hour session is done in-person at your home so Andrea can meet your new pup, make an initial assessment of temperament, learning style, and demonstrate training techniques you can start implementing right away. This is the perfect session to ask every question on your list and learn more about how to foster a strong relationship from the get-go!

The Puppy Program includes bi-weekly 30 minute virtual check-ins to help ensure you and your new puppy stay on the right track!

The Puppy Program includes a monthly 1 hour in-person session to focus on skills like leash manners, basic cues and appropriate socialization.
*Pricing is based on 8 months of training which begins at the first Meet & Greet session. A one month extension is available for a “make up” session.

Puppy Program members also receive credit for (3) 3 hour Skills & Socialization sessions.
NEW! All current members of The Puppy Program will also have access to the City Puppy group chat, where you can ask Andrea questions, share victories, and coordinate puppy play-dates with other Puppy Program members.

After completing the New Client Program, Existing Clients are able to schedule 60 minute in-person sessions. These sessions can be used to continue focusing on goals from our first session or tackling new ones.

The in-person service area is a 35 minute perimeter* from the New York Stock Exchange via public transportation
*Clients outside of this perimeter may be eligible on a case by case basis for an additional rate of travel

What constitutes as an Emergency Behavior Situation:
a sudden behavior change that is putting the dog or their human’s safety at risk
a recent traumatic incident that has severely impacted the dogs behavior
dog has caused physical harm to another animal or human

Dogs who are extremely reactive or aggressive towards strangers and would not be comfortable allowing a trainer to enter their home
